Ingredients 2 tbsp  Earl Grey Starlight 16oz water 1tbsp  vanilla simple syrup 1.5oz Irish Cream liqueur  Milk or milk substitute to taste Directions:  Steep Earl Grey Starlight in boiling water ( 212°F/100°C) for 4-5 minutes depending on preference.
